Hydro-Seal 75 waterproof coating is the perfect coating for negative side waterproofing applications like sealing the inside on elevator pits. These areas require:
- a material that can withstand high amounts of hydro-static pressure; Hydro-Seal 75 resists 40PSI
-no odorous solvents which is great in such a tight area like an elevator pit; Hydro-Seal 75 is odorless
-easy paint on or spray on application; Hydro-Seal 75 applied with rollers, brushes or airless spray
-Patching of seams and joints can be done with Hydro-Seal 75 Epoxy Mortar(Hydro-Seal 75 mixed with Concrete Sand mix instead of water)
-With a 2 to 4 hour dry time between coats applications can be finished in 1 day
-material estimate of 125 to 150 square feet per gallon per coat with 2 coats required
-Antimicrobial biocide in Hydro-Seal 75 will inhibit mold growth and is advised in this application
