Make concrete surfaces waterproof and water-tight by patching and repairing them with a waterproof epoxy mortar mixture using Hydro-Seal 75. Apply Hydro-Seal 75 over all patching. Mix cement with Hydro-Seal 75 to create waterproof Hydro-Epoxy Mortar by following these directions: If you are patching cracks less than or equal to 1/8", mix Hydro-Seal 75 with Portland Cement at a 50-50 ratio. This mixture will stiffen, as pot life decreases, so do thin cracks first and thicker cracks, up to 1/8", last. If you are patching cracks over 1/8", 1 part Mixed Hydro-Seal 75 , 1 part Portland Cement, 3 parts fine sand. This resurfacing material can be applied with a trowel for all thicker cracks up to 1 to 2 inches thick.
